Filet of Snapper Vera Cruz with Shrimp & Steamed Vegetables
Grilled filets of silver snapper, further cooked in a reduction of diced tomatoes, olives, capers, white wine and diced jalapenos. Topped with pan seared shrimp and served with steamed broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots. $4,800 per couple
